Ignite PI is a dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, officially recognized at both the federal and state levels. Founded in the fall of 2020, our mission is to drive economic growth and opportunity by uniting diverse industries and fostering a vibrant business ecosystem in Presque Isle.

At the heart of our work is a bold vision: to bridge the gap between public and private sectors and position Presque Isle as a hub for business innovation, co-working, and entrepreneurial support. We're cultivating an environment where collaboration thrives and new ventures take root.

What sets us apart is our nontraditional, community-centered approach—one that embraces creativity, innovation, and inclusion. Through this lens, we are transforming the iconic Northeastland Hotel into a beacon of downtown revitalization and a symbol of forward momentum while keeping its traditions and history alive.

Ignite PI has developed a state-of-the-art Innovation Center within the Northeastland, combining co-working spaces with business attraction initiatives, all as part of a recently completed, comprehensive property renovation. We're proud to honor the building’s legacy while reimagining its role for today’s changemakers and tomorrow’s leaders.
